Good Morning,

Just wanted to make sure I made a note of this as I've previously had an order similarly get "stuck in pending" status. With the items I ordered being part of the front page "Going, Going, Gone" bit I didn't want to delay saying something.

Hello NightTrace,

I don't see any issues with your order, it is just waiting for its turn in the shipping queue. Normal shipping times for us are between 1 and 7 business days.

Noted, thank you for the quick response. Last time I had an order show as "pending" like this it ended up stuck in a weird place so I wanted to be proactive this time :D
