I picked up the Starfinder Core Rulebook on launch day, binding almost immediately came off pages, making a cracking sound. I sent photos to Paizo and they were awesome, sent me new copy.
NEW COPY HAS SAME ISSUE:
I opened my new copy of the Starfinder Core Rulebook on Friday 9/15/17, and same issue, binding immediately came off pages, almost worse than first book. I sent an email with pictures, but this is getting a bit old. I love this book, and the game is awesome, customer service has been awesome to work with, but the quality of the book is unacceptable.
Not sure if customer service monitors this page on weekends but my email is attached to my account and I'd like to see if I can send this new book back to you for a replacement with a book that has a binding that doesn't come loose when I open the book for the first time.
