My order (Order 4456953) was made over 3 weeks ago and has been sitting as "Pending" ever since.
What do I need to do for it to ship? I have enough on my card, and everything appears to be in stock. Why is it not going through yet??

There are some items we have to get from a distributor or manufacturer when an order is placed for them. These items will show a longer ship out time on the availability portion of their product page. This was the case for one of the Reaper miniatures you ordered. This had an estimate of 4 to 18 business days to get to us from the supplier. It has arrived and your order went onto a pick list this morning. So it should be on its way to you soon.
