Binding and tears

I ordered my SF Core book from Amazon and the first book had 2 rips along the spine, got it replaced with a new one without problem. now that I have my second book. soon as I open it the binding has come loose. not one page is attached to it. Should I again talk to amazon, as I know the binding issue is a problem with your printer not amazon? I'm afraid if I replace another from them I will have the same result!

Hello Jason,

Yes, you should get it exchanged through Amazon. We have steps in place to replace damaged or defective items through distribution. So they should exchange it for you and then they can get a replacement or credit through their distributor, who will do the same through us.
