Hi, I purchased my SF Core rulebook from my local game shop. The binding on my book is coming undone and the store owner doesn't know the process for replacing the book. Do you have any guidance? I read that the books have a higher than acceptable defect rate, so I'm sure there is a relatively painless process for replacement. Thank you.

Thank you for letting us know. The process is that the store should be able to exchange it for you. We have steps in place to replace defective items through distribution. So you should be able to get an exchange from them, and they will be able to get a credit or exchange from their distributor who will do the same from us.
If they are unable or unwilling to exchange it for you let us know and we will look into it.
