Hi!!

How to start explaining this......
For work reasons I've been out for a few weeks.Today I have seen the arrival notice of a package from the USA.The noticed is dated from 16/8/17 and had to pay 70 euros.
When I went to the post office to ask for the notice,I have been told that the package came from paizo and had to pay 70 euros for customs charges......
I have contacted costums and I have been told that the package is already in output and that they can not returned to me.
I have been told that i have to contact you to see how we solve the issue.
I'm a little pissed with costum because I get your subscription every month without problem until now, and I had a crazy desire to have in my hands the starfinder corebook.
Is there any way to send me back the order please

I'm sorry to hear that! We haven't received the return yet. For international orders we do not receive tracking information so I can't see where it is. Once it comes back to us we should be able to get it reshipped to you.

Yes. We normally send an email letting you know we got a return and asking whether you meant to return it or need it reshipped. In this case we know you want it reshipped so we will just let you know we got it and have reshipped it.
