I send out an email about two weeks ago about the binding issue that seems to be common with this book. I got a quick response back saying that if I sent my shipping address that I would be taken care of with a new book. I responded quickly with my shipping address and have not heard back from anyone nor have I received a new book yet. I was just wondering if my address was received or if I need to resend it?
