Hi,

It looks like you are having some issues processing the payment for this order. I've tried changing the payment method but it doesn't seem to be changing.

The card details are the same, but my billing address has changed as I have moved house. Delivery address is unchanged.

However, I can't get the payment details tab to reflect this change

The billing address should be the [REDACTED] one, could someone assist please?

Hello Colemaninho,

I have updated the billing address and the payment method authorized successfully. So everything looks good now. Your order should be on its way to you soon. You may see authorizations for the first couple of times we tried to ship the order. These aren't charges and will disappear as soon as your bank releases them.

I have also redacted the partial address from your original post.
