Order #4374200: Another Limited Edition Binding Problem

I guess I'm not the only one with one of these problems?

Anyway, the back of the binding's come loose from the pages on my limited edition SF CRB I am pretty sure:

Am I seeing this right? (I am no expert on bookbindings)

And if so, is there anything you guys can do to help me out with this?

I'm sorry to see your book is coming apart! Thank you for the pictures. We should be able to replace it but we are waiting to get more of them from the printer as we are completely out of the Limited Editions.
