If they were purchased through a retailer other than paizo.com, your first step should be to seek a resolution through that retailer, whether that be an exchange or replacement, or a refund.
(Extra info: The retailer can then get a replacement or credit from their distributor, who gets a replacement or credit from us. This ensures that bookkeeping/accounting for damages or manufacturing errors is coming back to us through the same channels they went out.
If any retailer is having issues with this with their distributor(s), then they should contact our sales team at distributor.orders@paizo.com, so they can work to get everyone on the same page.)
