I sent an email on Aug 29th to CS, and haven't received a response, but I understand it has been a bit busy for you. Like many others, the binding on my SF LE CRB broke almost immediately after receiving it. I included a picture in the email. Order #4394778. Let me know if there is anything else I should send!
