Depends on who is playing. New players/intro to PFS, or experienced players starting new characters?
For new players, I like The Wounded Wisp, or an early Season 0/1 scenario. Mists of Mwangi introduces the Blakros Museum; might as well get then to love/hate/fear that pllace right away.
if you want a longer multi-session intro, the first part of Mummy's Mask is a great (replayable!) intro to Pathfinding. Tomb delving at its finest, and after the three(ish) sessions the PCs will level.
For experienced players with fairly optimized characters, I *love* The Quest For Perfection Part 1. Can be terrifying since foes can dish out a lot of damage, and I had my first TPK running it for new players. Plus, part 2 is decent and Part 3 is awesome as well.

Black Waters, followed by School of Spirits remains one of my favourite scenarios. Especially if your GM has a knack for horror-themed flair.
Voice in the Void is similarly creepy.
Frostfur Captives is excellent if your GM has a knack for playing Goblins. My GM played fast and loose with the rules to make them extra cool and it was hilarious.
Temple of Empyrial Enlightenment is great if your GM can set the atmosphere right.
Scions of the Sky Key trilogy is one of my favourite multiparters. It just fits well. Every part has its cool thing.
Trouble in Tamran is pretty cool. Nothing amazing, but I really enjoyed myself on both ends of the GM screen.
Sun Orchid Scheme is fantastic. Great mechanics, and easy to teach.
Portent's Peril is also a great scenario. Mechanically decent, but the story's just cool.

Hall of the Flesheaters has some good creepifying stuff in it. I am a fan of Wounded Wisp as an intro scenario. The Goblinblood Dead is a good solid romp and can be run without a bunch of extra effort by the GM. I'll second the vote for the Scions of the Sky Key scenario. Library of the Lion and The Disappeared are great if you like heist adventures. Really, it depends on what theme you are looking for. If you come back with a request for best social 1-5, best horror 1-5, or best RP 1-5 you might get some different scenario suggestions.

We have a group that's fairly new; did our first session at the shop last week. I had four players- one had never played any tabletop RPG before, one had played a few sessions on one PF home game and this was his first PFS, and then the other two both are on their -3 characters and have experience.
I've GMed for roughly 23 years, but this is my first time doing so for organized play.
So it's kind of a mixed bag of players, and I don't know yet how many more will be joining.
I ran 9-01 for the first session. I was thinking of doing one of the sets of quests.
