Order 4302830: Broken Starfinder Core Rulebook Binding

I purchased the Starfinder Core Rulebook, and am very excited to play it, but upon delivery the book binding was broken. By that I mean that the glue had pulled away from the spine and now arches and bends every time I open the book. The pages aren’t coming out or separating yet, but I can’t imagine that they won’t do that if I keep using this book, and I really want to. What can be done about this? I know this isn’t normal because my Pathfinder books are well bound and stay glued to the spine after many years.

I originally emailed on 9/2, and now again on 9/8 with pictures but I haven't had any response to either email yet. Is Paizo email that back-logged that [e-mail] can't respond to 11-day-old messages? *not being snarky, just wondering*
