I sent a couple emails with pictures. The damage isn't too bad now, but I'm guessing it will be worse with more time.

So the good news, I received my replacement copy today. The bad news, the replacement is already falling apart.

Unfortunately, the replacement copy I received today came in with more of the same trouble. I sent an email.

This copy seemed to fair a little better than previous copies.
