The order is being held up because you ordered more than we have available. I have reduced the quantity to what we have and have sent you an updated email confirmation. I have also suspended the order so it will not ship out until we hear back from you. Let us know if you still want it shipped after the adjustment or if you want to make any further changes to the order.

Actually, I ordered what it said you had available. Also, it does not make since to fulfill this since your invoice includes a more expensive shipping option, plus you also took the $10 discount away. Seems like a good way to slip one over on somebody.
