Mount Spell & Handle Animal Skill

Does the mount spell provide you with a summoned creature that follows your commands or with a trained animal that you have to command using the Handle Animal Skill?

Both. The mount serves willingly, but you still need Handle Animal to tell it what to do. It's still an animal, after all.
