I can't find this nor is there combat reflexes or the like that I can find.

One. And, as you say, there is no combat reflexes feat to increase this number.
You have one reaction per round you can use for an attack of opportunity. There is no way to increase that, as of now.
Ok, I don't see the number of reactions you can take per round in the book, but everyone is using one per round in the games I have been in.
Thanks for the heads up.

Page 248, under "Reactions" header.
It's on page 244, end of the "Action Types" paragraph.
Edit: I'm really a bit too slow today.
Step Up And Strike gives you the ability to move 5 feet following someone and still have a reaction afterward, which is technically a bonus reaction, I believe.
It's very specific and limited and the only such thing in existence right now.

Not really, using Step Up is your reaction. Step Up and Strike allows you to make an attack of opportunity as part of that reaction. You still getonly one.

You can save the bonus attack of opportunity from Step Up And Strike for later in the round, though. So you can move, then make another reaction (specifically, an attack) at any point.
It's super limited, but it is sort of a bonus reaction.

The attack of opportunity is still part of the reaction used for the Step Up effect. You cannot get more than one attack of opportunity in this way.

I was just noting the only thing in the game that effects reactions and sorta gives you another one. It seemed relevant.
