Grappling Beam Gun
What says in the weapon description from page 8 makes is possible to reconstruct its stats.
Type: Light Weapon
Range: Short
Damage: 2d6
PCU: 10
Cost (BP): ??
Special Properties Modified Tractor Beam

This short-range direct light weapon (PCU 10) can deal 2d6 damage, or switch to generate a modified tractor beam, creating a tether of gravitons that can move the raider toward larger ships (but cannot be used as a weapon in this mode). A successful hit in tractor beam mode deals no damage. Against larger target ships, the raider is pulled toward the target ship at a rate of 2 hexes/round, resolved during the helm phase (acts as a normal tractor beam against ship same sized or smaller). If the target ship moves, the raider is pulled along with it, maintaining a constant distance. A successful Piloting check (DC 16) allows the targeted pilot to shake off the grappling beam as her action in a round.

Now, deconstruction the ship that this is installed on, would put BP cost at 3.

This can't be right though as with the "modified tractor beam" makes this a better weapon then the "Gravity Gun" Heavy Weapon which costs 30 BP.
