On page 67, there is a suggested build of envoy that take the clever feint line of improvisations and also improved and greater feint. However, the clever feint improvisation specifically calls out that it does not work with improved and greater feint.
In theory, this would let you feint twice per turn, but that has no benefit...

I'd actually counter that *you* don't actually need to attack either of them. The Greater Feint wording is similar enough to that of Pathfinder that I'd argue they use the same idea, which is they're flat-footed against all attacks for that duration.
ETA: Which by the way is the end of your next turn.

Also, Improved/Greater Feint is only a move action so if your standard is taken, you can still feint. If you have a standard action free then Clever Feint/Attack is much more effective. I'm not saying it's a good use of feats, but it does allow some versatility if you REALLY must feint once (or twice) each round.
