For a bit of background, I have been playing PF with friends for the past few years but I have never played in anything "official". This year at GC 50, I decided to try out the organized play and did Assault on Absalom. Took me a bit to figure out what the tiers meant but got myself tickets to one of the 1-2 lvl sessions.
I built my character per the .pdf I downloaded here on the Paizo site. I used the CORE rule set for creation as it seemed like the easiest to start with. Anyways, I made my dude and got into the game.
Game was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed myself but was left with some questions after the dust settled.
1. I got 2 wooden tokens near the end of the game. What do I use these things for?
2. Will the game I played at GenCon show up on my Pathfinder Society page under Sessions? I was assigned a PFS number at GC and used that to activate my account here.
3. I was given a sheet at the very end and was told to select 2 options and cross out the rest. Does this get recorded anywhere?
4. I was told that if I got the Pathfinder Character Portfolio, that I would gain a reroll in-game. Does this get recorded anywhere or is it like once per game/event with the DM and just tracked at the table?

First off, welcome aboard!
1.) Those tokens were for boons at the prize station. Unfortunately, they are voiding out all of the older tokens for next year so they are now souvenirs.
2.) It should. I think reporting on specials got jammed up a bit so I expect it will be on there soon if it isn't there already.
3.) Nope. Most of PFS is run on the honor system.
4.) It's once per game and tracked by the GM.

*wince* You were supposed to take them to the table up front on the right and trade them for a boon roll. Since they're not taking last years tokens anymore, i believe they're now just souvineers.

If you register the character it SHOULD show up eventually.
It's no big deal if it does not. Between illegible numbers, dms not handing in slips and data entry errors a lot of sheets DON"T get reported. YOur paper chronicle is the official record though: most DM's can't check your online record, and the rest really have no reason to (in no small part because of how imperfect the reporting is)

Nope. Just on your sheet. That is your official record.
Be sure to take the scarab sage option.

Its a once per game event the DM keeps track of.

As you adventure more, you will gain more sheets, known as Chronicles. You are required to keep all the Chronicles that a character has earned with you when you play that character.
Also note that Chronicles are used to track Experience Points, Prestige/Fame and gold. Also look at the top right. There is a place to put a number. starting at 1, increase it by 1 every time the character earns a new chronicle.
