Product Request: Conversion book to run Pathfinder classes using Starfinder rules

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Would Paizo consider putting out an "Unchained" style book that offers Starfinder-style reworked character classes for Pathfinder?

I really like the themes, improved health/death mechanics, and the steam-lined feats -- among other things.

Is that something that Pazio would consider?

You mean using PF classes with SF rules? "Pathfinder legacy" on page 500 of the SF core book has rules for converting PF classes to SF rules.

Yes I saw that. But I don't have the time or talent for that level of work.

I would like a full "unchained" style rewrite for the PF Core classes that takes into consideration setting appropriate versions of the new feats and new skills, the modifications to combat, and incorporates the new spell list (and perhaps adds 7-9 level spells). I imagine that revised classes could take advantage of the modular special ability system of the SF classes, for example.
