Hi I got my standard edition core rule book a few dates ago and I've only got to read it a few times it it looks like the glue for the binding is comming in done. Is there a way I can send this back and get a replacement book? I really like the setting and the system and would like this to last a long time!


If you bought it from Paizo you should send some photos to customer.service@paizo.com and they'll reply here (tomorrow most likely, although they're a bit snowed under so it might not be until next week).

If you bought it elsewhere, you should take it back there for exchange. Paizo have a process for returns due to damage through their regular distribution channel.

If you bought it elsewhere and they can't or won't help with a refund, Paizo will help, but they prefer people go back to the retailer they got it from first.


I did bring it back to my LGS and they told me to talk to the company. Thankf for the reply

Definitely worth emailing some photos to customer.service@paizo.com. I'd mention that you've tried taking it back to the retailer there too (and provide the name of the retailer in that email). I'm sure they'll look after you, but they like to collect data in cases like this to hopefully work out what's gone wrong.
