Welcome to Organized Play, Mia! I'm on my phone and can't link to things very well, but someone should be along shortly with the nitty-gritty of how to register your character.
There are a couple of things it would help us to know. Did you play Pathfinder (more traditional fantasy) or Starfinder (more science fiction)? Also, were you assigned a Pathfinder Society number?

It was Pathfinder, I did "register" my number that I got on the card. I also got "House of Harmonious Wisdom" sheet filled out, cause I played all five parts (with xp and gold and stuff from the adventures) PLUS, I got a Boon sheet for finishing it all. I wonder where to enter it all?

Ah, I see! Click on "My Account," then "Pathfinder Society," then "Register a New Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Character." You can then create your -1 character. The reporting for your scenario is done on the Con side, so once you have the character registered, you should be able to click through and see it. If not, I think they may still be working on the reporting.
Your paper Chronicles are actually the official records for your character, so even if a session hasn't popped up online, you're fine! Other boons don't need to be registered; just hang on to the paper copy.

The instructions for building the actual character are here.
With one XP, your character is still first level. A character gains a new level after every 3XP.

When you find a local venue to play at (if you haven't already), please feel free to ask the GMs and other players there for help, too. Most of us are more than willing to help out newbies while they learn the ropes, because we want the Society (and the hobby) to grow.
I had been playing and running Pathfinder for 2-3 years (and v.3.5 for even longer before that) when I first tried out PFS organized play at my local game store about a year ago. I found the store owner (who is the local Venture-Agent, or organized play rep) and the other veteran GMs to be invaluable resources for understanding quirky bits of the rules, and the many ways that PFS differs from home games. Even with the fairly solid knowledge of the system I already had, I've learned a great deal from them.
