Starfinder Superscriber and Statfinder Society scenario 1-00

Will we be getting scenario 1-00 free? It has been released as well as the quest, but neither showed up in the "My Downloads" section. While I have added the quest since it was free, when I add 1-00 to a cart it wants me to pay. Is this an error in the system?

Scenario 1-00 is available for purchase but is not part of the subscription and is not a free download.
