Hello Kagerage,
Your order shipped out on August 10 and had up to 8 business days in transit. That would put it arriving as late as yesterday, August 22 (business days exclude weekends and holidays). The tracking indicates it was delivered today though, so it sounds like the post just took a little longer than estimated.

I had opened a tab for this thread before you responded so I didn't see your followup until after I posted.
Your first email was sent on Friday in the late afternoon and your second one earlier today. We are closed on weekends and holidays. We also have a much larger than normal amount of emails and a smaller staff while most of us were away at GenCon. Thank you for your patience.

I had called first and left a message 2 days before i sent email, but i can understand the shipment days not counting weekends. I just wanted someone to let me know if i had to cancel my order and report it lost/stolen. since i had no tracking number that matched what the usps used i could not find out without your help. i did how ever go and buy a copy at my local book store(they had one left). the box its self was beaten up pretty bad (USPS i would guess).But i must say yall have one of the best packaging system when it comes to keepign things safe. i knew right away nothign had been damaged due to the safty measures put in place. the only thing you could have done more would be to line it with lead and send some vesk mercs to deliver it.Also sorry about being angry but i had just lost a package somewhere at an UPS so i was mad it might have happened again.
