Can't change email address

I'm trying to change the email address on my account and it's telling me that Gmail is not a valid address. Read an older post and an adjustment was made, can I get this same adjustment please?

Thanks for letting us know! Gmail should be just fine for an email address, so I'm wondering if there is another issue. Please send an email to customer.service@paizo.com to let us know which email address you are trying to enter, and we can do some investigating to see if there may be other causes.

I sent an email to the address you've provided on Aug 24th and I've not heard back. I still can't change my email address.

Hello Erik_wolff,

The reason you couldn't change the email address if because you had a second account that was using the gmail address. I have merged the accounts and you should be able to change the email address now.

Thanks Diego for catching that. I certainly didn't remember creating a 2nd account. I was able to successfully update my email address!
