Batteries not included?

Weapons clearly come loaded with the appropriate ammo/battery, but what about other items?

Does my personal comm unit have a battery? How about my jetpack armor upgrade?

Do I need to buy these separately, or is every item assumed to come with all the components necessary to make it work off the shelf?

Oh also, if batteries and the like DO come with their respective equipment, does their weight count against the character, or is it included in the weight of the overall item?

In short, do we need to track bulk for all batteries and ammo, or only the spare batteries and ammo that don't come with the device?

What about purchasing spare batteries? Can I not do that, or am I expected to get the weaponized ammo battery packs for non-weapons too?

Also, is the battery bulk included with the equipment, or do I need to track that as extra bulk?

Tech items use the same batteries as weapons.
