has there been a list made of named/classed high level npcs throughout Golarion ?
Different books have listing for cities and such, Distant Shores has a 17th level Sorcerer in Segada, so I was wondering if there was a compiled list with that might included general encounter locations.
I don't think there is a complete list of Golarion major NPCs.
In Inner Sea Magic, you have at page 7 a list of famous spellcasters.
Inner Sea Combat has the same kind of list for major martial-focused NPCs, and you have a 3rd list in Inner Sea Intrigue.In the various books about some regions, the leader of each city/country is named with his class levels
