Subscriber but no SFS or PFS scenarios in my downloads

I subscribed on Tuesday, and I got the last 2 scenarios for Season 8 of PFS, but I don't have the first 3 for Season 9, or the 3 Starfinder scenarios for which I also subscribed. Please help.

I have not received (or been charged for) my Starfinder Society scenarios yet either.

I have granted your scenarios manually and sent you a confirmation email for the order. Please feel free to review it and make sure that everything got set correctly to your account, and let me know if there is anything that needs to be adjusted.

Thanks for letting me know! Looks like I had to poke one more thing, but it *should* be all set now. Our system had tried to charge you twice for those scenarios, but I've refunded the extra $11.97 back to your card, so you should see that show up in the next couple of business days.
