I'm been trying to purchase the Starfinder PDF and my card keeps getting declined. It seems that I am having the same "multiple purchase/no download" issue that many struggle with. I would appreciate some help before I go permanently insane.

Hi Mark. I don't work for Paizo, but you're unlikely to get an official answer until tomorrow.

In the meantime, it's probably worth checking that your name and address details with your credit card provider are exactly the same as your name and address details attached to your Paizo account.

Nine times out of ten, that's the issue preventing authorisation going through so it would be worth a look (if it turns out that's the problem, you may be able to solve it yourself). If the details on each system look identical, then I don't have any useful advice beyond waiting for Customer Service to get in to work tomorrow. :/


I hope they answer soon, because this is REALLY screwing up my checking account.

Steve's got it right - looks like you're coming up against problems with the Address Verification System Check. Since it involves your address, I'll be sending you an email with more details. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns in the meantime.
