I ordered a promo card, it shipped VIA UPS on July 31, got to the post office August 3. The post office tracking number never indicated it was received. So at this point the updates have stopped for nearly 2 weeks with UPS saying they delivered to USPS, but USPS saying they're still waiting. I was hoping to have it for my next game night next week but at this point it isn't looking promising. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for letting us know! I've taken a look into the tracking information, and I'm not quite sure why it would have been stuck for so long. Since it hasn't moved in a while and may be lost, I've set up a replacement order to be sent out via First-Class mail, so hopefully that will have less of a chance to get lost in the shuffle.

It is after our warehouse hours for today, but they should be able to send it out for you sometime in the next day or two. You'll receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed for shipping. Don't hesitate to ask if there is anything else I can help out with in the meantime, and I will be glad to do so.

Hi again Katina, I haven't gotten a notification that it shipped out. I would have expected it to have shipped by now. Did it ship and I just didn't get a notice? Is there any chance it could be here by Thursday?

It looks like there was one last button that I forgot to push to get your card on the way; I'm so sorry about that! I've pushed it through this time and I'll let our warehouse know to get it out to you as soon as possible. It'll be going out via USPS Priority which has an estimate of 2-5 business days, but the odds of it reaching you by Thursday seem fairly low. Once it leaves our warehouse, it just depends on the postal service.

I don't suppose it could be overnighted? I ordered it a month in advance of my game night . . .


Or better yet, is there a character sheet I can download somewhere?

Hello Smurven,

The card shipped out earlier today, so I can no longer change the shipping method on it.

We do have character sheets available, but those are only for the characters in the various decks. There aren't ones for the promo card characters.
