Why are preorders now delayed until September? I've had mine on order for months, cant make GenCon (which should never be a qualifier) and am wondering why I have to wait...?
Attending GenCon is not a qualifier.
If you are talking about the e-mail giving an expected ship date, you may want to contact customer service. I know that my book shipped before the expected ship date by about two weeks.

I've taken a look into your order, and it appears that the only preorder that should be showing as shipping in September is the Starfinder Pawns Base Assortment, because that is being released in September.
The rest of your items are in a sub-order, and should be ready to ship any time now. Once they've been processed for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know they are on the way.
To speak to what BretI said above, when you receive your shipping confirmation email, it'll contain a range of dates that the order is "expected to ship" by. This number is generally padded to provide for any possible delays either in our warehouse or in transit through the carrier. However, the moment you receive that email is when our warehouse has processed the order for shipping, so it is generally a lot less than the estimate.
