I'm confused on my orders, wondering why Starfinder Combat Pad ordered in July hasn't shipped yet with my Aug subscription, and how it got attached to my order for my Traps & Treasures Pawn order. It appears these 2 items were put on their own order.
Are you not doing side carts anymore with subscription shipments?

It looks like both of these items were in your sidecart, but I believe you may have pushed the "Ship as Soon as Possible" button in your sidecart, which looks like it pushed the items into their own, unsubmitted order. I apologize for the confusion with this!
i've put both items back into your sidecart, so the Combat Pad will automatically go out with your next subscription shipment. If you'd prefer to have it moved to a separate order to be shipped out right away, just let me know and I'll be glad to take care of that for you as soon as possible.
