Multiple weapon fighting

Thoughts on using this feat with a Solarblade?
Feat verbiage:
"You know how to fight with several lighter weapons at once and how to take advantage of your multiple attacks"

How heavy is the Solarblade?

That's the flavor text. The rules text clearly limits the weapons to small arms or operative melee weapons. A Solarion solar weapon is not an operative weapon, so no dice.

So make sure you play a small-sized solarian... they all have small arms.

There was mention by one of the Starfinder Devs of a solarion that dual wielded a solar blade and another sword. This was before launch but I guess I'd run it by your GM unless this is for Starfinder Society.

Everyone can dual wield in Starfinder (or Pathfinder for that matter)... the MWF feat just reduces the penalties for doing so with certain weapons. Thus, a solar blade and other sword character remains entirely possible.
