Starfinder Limited edition disappeared from side cart

I had a copy of the Starfinder Limited edition that was set aside to ship with my next subscription order and it is no longer anywhere in my account. Can you let me know what happened?

The order was submitted after the subscription order was generated, so it went into your sidecart and was going to wait for your September order. It looks like you pushed the ship right away button, which moved it out of your sidecart and into its own order. Is that correct or do you want me to move it back into your sidecart?

Yea I had decided to just get it shipped, but it disappeared in the middle of the process and I wasn't able to find it. If you could process it for me that would be great.
