Happy Saturday Folks,
So the great news is that I just got my Starfinder Limited Edition hardback today (and earlier than I thought I'd get it)! (^-^)
The not-so-great news is that my book arrived damaged. It appears that part of the styrofoam bracing for the top left corner was broken off and lying under the book, and the top of the spine was partially crushed during shipping.
I figured it would be best to let you know immediately to see if we can do anything about this. I have pictures of the packaging and the book and I will send them to the customer service email as well.

I just wanted to drop back in and report that my replacement copy arrived, and I just picked it up this morning - and it is in perfect condition. (^-^)
Even during the insanity of prepping for Gen Con, the Customer Service and Warehouse teams stay on point and get shtako done.
