Hello, I was just wondering if it was odd than an order has been pending for over two weeks ? I have never had this before and am assuming it is because of the extra products this month or the fact I foolishly added extras to this order. I just wanted to make sure the item (miniature) that seems to have become unavailable isn't causing a problem with the rest of the order.

Hello TrevG,

Normally we have a 2 week shipping window to get all of the subscription order shipped out. Since this is such a large month the shipping window was a week longer. We began shipping on July 31 and expect to be done with all the subscriptions by August 18. I don't see any issues with your order, it is just waiting for its turn.
