PFS legal subdomain question

Okay, Champions of Purity lists Kugress able to take the Cooperation Subdomain. Inner Sea Gods does not. Both seem to be PFS legal choices.

If I own both sources, can I pick, or does one source have priority?

Erastil, too, is listed as having the cooperation subdomain in champions of purity, but not in inner sea gods.

Which ever source you are using is the one you need to own.
