Paizo-Smiteworks Account sync not working

Generated a new sync code which is not recognized at Smiteworks after trying and trying to get the old one to auth/sync in CotCT, KM 5, MM 1

Hey, it's been over a month and Mummy's Mask#1 is still not working. Everything else seems to be working great. Any idea what happened?

We should have resolved the issue with Mummy's Mask #1 very recently, if you haven't tried syncing it within the past week could you make another attempt and let me know the results? If it still gives you trouble I'll take further action to get this sorted for you.
