Problem with my subscription

Hi! I didn't notice the emails and I didn't recharge my prepaid card in time (I have an American Express but I noticed that it doesn't work on this site), I did it just now so it should work.
I'd like to know if it's still possible to cancel my starfinder accessories subs and order only the gm screen, I'd like to get all the subscription and material in only one shipment (to pay customs only once).

I noticed that my starfinder society subscription is still active but since there was no money in the card the order for the 3 books got canceled, can I re-order those? thanks

Hello Manuelexar,

Your Accessories subscription has been cancelled. You will be receiving an email confirmation. This also cancels the pending subscription items for August. You should be able to order the GM and select "Ship with order 4215782" on the shipping tab to get it shipped with your order.

We have not processed the Starfinder Society scenarios yet. Your order has not been cancelled.

The release date is August 17 so that is when your order should process and you should receive them.
