Is this order actually supposed to have shipped on 7-31? If so, I do not have my PDF subs, and I don't see the charges.

We began shipping on July 31. Our shipping window is through August 18 to get all of the orders shipped out. The PDFs will not be available until it is processed for shipping. This is also when you will be charged. That can be anytime between now and August 18. Your order is on a pick list right now, which means it is part of the batch of orders the warehouse is currently packing up and shipping out.
