My Starfinder Preorder has not Changed Status since Order Date of April 19

Thanks to the wonderful Paizonians, I was able to get my whole Starfinder perorder on the same shipment back in April. I just checked the forums for the first time in a long while and I've seen some people's Starfinder stuff has already been shipped, whereas none of my items have. I am seeing a (warning?) (advisory?) line saying the order needs a valid payment option (which my account does.)

1. Do I simply need to be patient? Though every day without it is like a photon torpedo to the heart.

2. Is there anything I need to/can do to help the process along? (That red text has me concerned.)

3. Will Diego ever have the chance to work in a pun-free workplace? (Probably not, but figured it worth asking.)

Hello Alayern,

I just took a look at your order and it was lacking a payment method, but its turn in the shipping queue had not come up yet. I have added the payment method I see on your account to the order and it authorized successfully. So everything looks good now.

1. The missing payment method would have delayed the order, but it looks like we hadn't tried to ship it yet, so it is just waiting for its turn. I was under the impression the warehouse was using quantum torpedoes instead for this months subs. I'll have a talk with them.

2. Letting us know is all you needed to do. If you hadn't we wouldn't have been able to process the order when we tried to ship it and you would have received an email letting you know. So it would have taken longer to get worked out.

3. It seems unlikely. There are some days with less puns, but then they all remember that I cringe and cry when they make them and they double their efforts.

Thank you for your assistance Diego. I tried to add a payment method to it when I saw that text, but I couldn't figure out how to get it to work. /shrug.
