I'm tired of my physical books arriving destroyed. Your shipping methods lack ability to be tracked to predict arrival. Packaging is very substandard and completely incapable of surviving the mildest of weather.
I don't know what changed, but multiple orders have arrived in damaged, or outright destroyed, condition. This never used to be a problem. I refuse to pay for any more.
