I'm tired of my physical books arriving destroyed. Your shipping methods lack ability to be tracked to predict arrival. Packaging is very substandard and completely incapable of surviving the mildest of weather.

I don't know what changed, but multiple orders have arrived in damaged, or outright destroyed, condition. This never used to be a problem. I refuse to pay for any more.

I once got a damaged AP book and I let them know, it was replaced.

Such has not been my experience. Though I'll be happy to return them next week at Gencon.

You don't need to send back any damaged items. If you let me know which items they were I can get replacements set up for you. If you're able please also send a picture or two of the damaged items that I can pass along.
