Order 4373916 Tracking issues

On my orders page, under package tracking, I'm getting two contradictory pieces of information. It says that the order has "Not yet shipped" but immediately under that it says in red that "Item(s) have already shipped" Which statement is true? If the order has shipped, where is my tracking info?

Hello pr0bait,

The tracking number is on the email you were sent when your order was processed for shipping on Thursday. The tracking indicates that it is out for delivery today.
