Will order 4354883 be given lower shipping priority because of payment issues?

So I ordered the subscription back on June 21st in order 4354871 and I used a debit card I have since switched from. Due to this I had to change my payment method so now my subscription is order 4354883 and is said to be placed on July 28th.

Will I be given shipping priority as if I ordered July 28th rather than June 21st?

The date you placed your order has very little impact on when your order may be shipped. So changing your payment method will not affect when your order is shipped out. You can read a little more about subscription shipping here.
