Hi, as this is my first time subscribing to a Paizo product line, I'm not sure how subscriptions work too well, but I know that I recently received some pre-authorization charges recently, so I assumed that my Starfinder subscription would be shipping per the normal August release timeframe. When I go to the "My Subscriptions" page though, it shows many of my items, such as the Starfinder CRB, Dead Suns #1, etc. as shipping in November? Considering that I subscribed to most of these product lines shortly after the subscriptions were made available, I hope that's not the case, but if so, please let me know so I can plan accordingly.

Hang tight until Customer Service is back in the office tomorrow, guys. I wouldn't worry too much: the display has been known to do some weird things when shipping has begun and hasn't yet been completed. If there is a problem of some sort, I'm sure Customer Service can take care of you.
(Something you might check in the meantime: Did you get an order number with your authorization? Have you checked your Order History at the top right of your My Account page to see if the order is listed? Mine is pending right now, which means it's just waiting its turn in the shipping queue.)

Hello everyone,
This is a display bug. The August subscription orders are shipping now. A status of pending means that the order is waiting to ship out. If you set your subscription for GenCon pickup it will still be in your sidecart as we have not generated those orders yet.
