The authorization is just expiring. There are no issues with your order. When we ship it we will open a new authorization and finalize it into a charge right away.


Okay thank you. Never been quite this excited about a subscription so I must never have paid as much attention to the process.

I don't suppose I could get it shipped on my birthday tomorrow? (No expectations!)

With subscriptions we do what we call label runs. This means we print the shipping labels for all identical orders at once, affix them to the boxes, and then assembly line style pack the boxes up. Because of this we can't really say what day in our shipping window any specific orders may ship.
