Pending?

I sent a mail but received no reply - the status of my order (439779), placed on 23rd of July is 'Pending'.

What does this mean? Is there a problem?

Hello Bakelite,

It looks like your order is being held up by one of the items though. You ordered more than we have of one of the miniatures. This is an out of print item so it is unlikely we will be getting any more. I have reduced the quantity by 1 so we can ship the order. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting this change.
