Alchemist + Master chymist + paladin / antipaladin.

Theoretically, if a LG (or CE) alchemist with the master chymist with a mutated form alignment of CE (or LG), and then took levels as paladin (or antipaladin) could the mutated form be an antipaladin while the alchemist is actually a paladin (or the other way around)?

I have no intentions of actually playing such a character, but I'd like to know if it's possible.
