Hello,
I've been trying for three days to order the Iron Gods Chapter #1. I've re-entered my card information numerous times. I've re-entered my billing information numerous times. I get all the way to the last "place your order" button, and then nothing happens. I've attempted to place the order in Safari, Chrome, and Edge. I see in other similar threads that cards get declined for the billing address; the only thing I see on my billing address is there's a 4-digit suffix to my zip code that your site adds automatically. I'd really like some feedback so I can place the order; this is my first attempt at making a purchase from your site, and it hasn't been what I would call a pleasant and simple experience.

Your card is being declined due to, "General decline of the card. No other information provided by the issuing bank." This is a decline on your banks end so I don't have any more information about why it may be being declined. When cards are declined due to the billing address we get an address verification failure decline, which is a decline on our card processors end. That is not the case for your card. You may want to contact your bank and see if they can give you more information about why they are declining it.
